Good

Nice huge property, may be better during Summers. Has a private pool in almost all rooms. Food is also very good out here. Staff is very sweet.

Hot water issues . It's too cold and not finding hot water on taps or a shower was the biggest disappointment.

Very disappointing and unprofessional

Falsely rated as 4 stars. Very disappointing stay, went with the intention of relaxing for a day, instead had to fight and argue for hour to get a clean bed with no foul smell. Had no hot water, the swimming pool had no water. They made us wait for sugar for 2 hours. TV never turned on. Lamps were broken.

Great Experience enjoyed my stay!! Looking forward to come again..

Breakfast was good, Could have more options to choose from that would be great. A few suggestions to add to the menu include Poha and South Indian Food to suit the tastes of guests.

Food prices are a bit expensive for staying guests could work to make it more affordable, portion size of the dishes too less as per prices Charged.

not a value for money property too expensive .

Staff is vary cooperative and helpful

1. It's too costly , 2. Not properly maintained , in few rooms which were constructed earliers private pool is a joke don't rely on pics shared here..we choose this resort because only they offered private pool but we were shocked to see actual size of private pool, not even one person can barely sit comfortably . Few newly constructed rooms have decent size private pool. Food is vary costly. 3. The layout of resort is weird , distance between your room and restaurant, pools is in miles (????) especially if you have been allotted Chinese rooms, also you have to climb quite a number of stairs to reach restaurant and pool which makes it vary difficult if you have small kid with you . I don't know what was going through their mind when constructing this resort, may be owner wanted to create a illusion that this is big resort .

Property is good. Restaurant staff was good, food was good

Our rooms on 1st day were horrible. Fans not working, basic utility items missing, staff was not responding to mutiple calls, wheelchair footrest missing, no assistance from staff. After escalations, we were changed to chinese rooms which was better

Pleasant

We travelled here for the weekend. The property is built very beautifully and completely offbeat location giving you the peace we were looking for. You can roam around the property and spend good time. They have few activities which you can try.

However we didn't find the staff very helpful. Definately not value for money we paid.

Not the regal experience I was hoping for.

Beautiful location with mountain views in a quiet area set away from the street. Rooms are large and relatively comfortable.

If you advertise a bar, you need to ensure it's operational. Half the facilities were closed during our stay. Possibly due to post-Covid fatigue but still, change what you advertise to consumers. Restaurant was pretty filthy, especially table cloths. Needed a taxi transfer to the next town, which the hotel charged 1500 rupees for, which is a total rip off. Uber would charge approx 500 but the service is somewhat unreliable. As we had a coach to catch at a certain time, this was the safe but very expensive option. New towels would be a good investment, so would be new chairs for the seating areas outside the villas. Just everything is a little neglected and falling apart.
